3 Brothers Pizza
We didn’t realize how long 3 Brothers had been open, but have passed it several times without giving it much thought. In fact, we didn’t even know it was a dine-in restaurant. We assumed it was takeout pizza and MAYBE sandwiches. Wow, were we mistaken. It’s located in the strip center on Pearl Road where the Fragapanne’s Bakery used to be and since this Tuesday night hadn’t been planned in advance and we happened to be in that area, we figured we’d give it a try. We both were so glad we did!! Both servers were so great and ours, Becky, was wonderful. They offer a full menu with several specials that change daily. One of the ‘Brothers’ (yes, there are 3) Nick, stopped by our table to chat and said that they will also be offering some awesome-sounding seasonal specials. Make no mistake about it, 3 Brothers Pizza is WAY more than just pizza; though their pizza is outstanding. This being our first visit, we played it safe and shared a medium pizza and a chicken parmesan sandwich. Both were wonderful, but that sandwich was to die for. It was large enough for us to have shared half of it and still have enough. Needless to say, there wasn’t a bite of it leftover. We did, however, end up bringing home half of the pizza (though it was great as well). We were watching some of the other dishes that came out of the kitchen and their calzones look amazing, so that may be on our next visit.
So happy to have discovered them and can’t wait to go back!
