We can’t even remember what we ordered or how it was because this was truly the worst restaurant experience we’ve ever had. From the minute we walked in (with a reservation) and were ignored for at least 30 minutes; then finally seated and seriously – completely overlooked until we had to practically grab a server’s arm to find out WHO, if anyone, was responsible for our table. After much confusion as to who would be stuck with us (that’s the way they made it feel), we finally had a very rude girl take our order. It was at least 60 minutes before we got our food and then, it wasn’t right. We would have been better off walking out and going to McDonalds! Phone calls were made and letters were written, but we never received any satisfaction after this truly horrible experience.
