Blue Canyon
This place looks like a very upscale lodge. The decor is really neat and we totally loved the place. The servers were great and the food was outstanding. Mainly steaks and seafood, but a few other creative items, as well as burgers and salads.
UPDATE – We have been back several times and after the second time we were here, it started to slip a notch or two, both service and quality; however the LAST two times, we found it to be seriously lacking in both. Such a disappointment since it’s a great atmosphere. Not sure that we’d be inclined to go back. Maybe just for drinks and sandwiches.
