Linden Tavern

12 February, 2008 | Family Restaurant, German, Traditional / American | By: Mr Z

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I saw the outside of this place.  It was located in a small strip center and looked like it had been there for many years.  Inside it was somewhat dark and “tavern-y” looking, but the service was prompt and friendly and you could tell that most of the other customers were regulars.  They had a pretty diverse menu so we ended up trying one of the specials (polish sausage and pierogis) which turned out to be excellent.  Everything tasted fresh and was really good.  Guess you shouldn’t judge a book by it’s cover!
