A definite “MELT – wannabe” and in some ways, better! The schtick here is gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches, with a huge variety of add-ons. Though the menu is not as extensive as Melt and the offerings are considerably smaller in portion, outstanding flavor combinations with what else….. CHEESE as the staple. Amazing beer selection (anything you could think of). Service was quick and friendly and for a windy, Tuesday night in the middle of winter, the place was 75% full.
