Co-owner and chef formerly of Velosity in Lakewood and Vue in Hudson. Interesting menu and very good food, but just a little too over-the-top (descriptions of the food prep way too extensive and hard to follow for the average guest). Great service on a Tuesday but would be interested to see if things were the same when they are busy.
