Bar 107
Bar 107 may LOOK like your typical bar; a little dark and dingy inside, however don’t be deceived! They have undergone a total revamping of their menu and believe me when I say that their food is GREAT! I can’t honestly say this was the first time we’ve been in there though. We were there many years ago to hear one of our friends and his band play (they have live music every Friday and some other nights during the week). When we were first there, we sat at the bar and had a couple of beers – didn’t even think about a menu, but one of my coworkers had mentioned she’d been in there to eat recently and described what they had and how good it was, so on a whim, we thought we’d give it a try. Amazing menu, with everything from “upscale bar food” to full entrees at very reasonable prices.
I completely veered from what I had thought I was going to order (a burger), but instead had 2 of their starters – the Brussels & Bacon and the Fried Cauliflower. Both were OUTSTANDING!!! Mr. Z had the Bourbon & Bacon burger and said it too was awesome! To make this great experience even better, our server (whose name I shamefully can’t remember) was so amazing that even if the food hadn’t been as good as it was, our visit would still have been great!
We CAN’T WAIT to go back to Bar 107!!!!
