Bomba Tacos and Rum
Who doesn’t love tacos!!!!! Unless you’re one of the very few who doesn’t, you’ll love this place. There are endless taco creations, as well as the basic beef or chicken with the standard toppings from which to choose. With the help of our awesome server, Adam, we decided to share a Cuban sandwich (totally authentic and delicious) and ordered a mix of 8 various tacos (WAY too much food). We didn’t get too crazy with our choices, but if I had to pick a favorite – the crispy shrimp would definitely be it. In addition, you can create your own guacamole, adding your own ingredients to their traditional guacamole. There are an abundance of items on their menu and all are very reasonable; especially if you are there Monday through Friday between 4pm and 7pm; the tacos are $1.00 off. Seriously, there was nothing not to love about Bomba Tacos and Rum. For you west-siders; they also have a location in Rocky River, but then you wouldn’t have the added benefit of having Adam as your server.
