Beachcliff Tavern
While this wasn’t the most exciting bar/pub we’ve ever been to, there was absolutely NOTHING bad about our experience. It was attractive, clean and the service was great – of course there were only 2 other people in there besides us! The menu, however, was pretty extensive and very diverse. There was a huge selection of the typical bar-food items (some of which were a little unique and out-of-the-ordinary), plus a wide assortment of salads and more entrees than we would have expected for a bar. The salads and sandwiches we ordered were excellent; though the chicken in the chicken wrap was somewhat dry and inedible. Overall, while we might not necessarily say “hey, we’ve got to go back there again”; we wouldn’t object if the circumstances made it necessary.
