Parker’s Grille and Tavern
You know how they say, “the third time is a charm” – well that’s certainly the case with Parker’s Grille and Tavern in Avon Lake! We had gone there once when it was Swingo’s Grand Tavern and again, when it was Bar Symon and were not impressed enough with either to ever return for a second visit. Parker’s on the other hand, is a sure winner and we can’t wait to go back!
Everything about Parker’s was warm and comfortable, and the dishes that we chose were prepared perfectly! Mr. Z had the “Norm burger” and I decided on the buffalo chicken flatbread. Both were excellent. Our server, Lauren, was not only totally attentive and on the ball, but she was fun and really personable! To top off a great experience, we had the privilege of meeting Jim, who is Parker’s “proprietor”. Jim was formerly the General Manager of Morton’s of Chicago downtown. We’re so glad that he decided to embark on this new adventure!
