Fast Eddie’s
Many of you may remember the original Fast Eddie’s of so long ago. I’m not even sure how long it’s been closed, but we were thrilled to hear it had returned – in Parma no less! We had been to Pizzeria Cerino’s in Lakewood before they (closed/moved) and were really surprised to see that the interior of the ‘new’ Fast Eddie’s was almost identical….in a good way. Contrary to the original burger place, this new and improved Fast Eddie’s has some really unique and interesting-sounding items on the menu, but being first-timers (again), we decided to keep it simple. I tried the Bourbon glazed meatloaf sandwich which was absolutely amazing! I’m not sure what my expectations were, but reality far exceeded it. Mr. Z had ‘Eddie’s Favorite’ burger and since we actually split both sandwiches, were in agreement that as good as the burger was, the meatloaf sandwich took the cake! We can’t wait to go back and try some of the other things on their menu. Parma really lucked out in getting Fast Eddie’s (back)!!
